The high-performance, whisper-quiet and maintenance-free 170 Watts capacitor motor guarantees best cutting results due to its constant motor speed.

Slide control with momentary and permanent function

With the torque function switching and cutting is possible with one hand. The machine will only run if you keep the button pressed. Because ergonomically it is best to use the thumb, this is also optimally protected at the same time. By operating the permanent function, the machine runs continuously and it can be sliced without any problems a larger amount.

Knife cover plate

The wavelike surface of the removable stainless steel blade cover plate improves the slippage of the cutting item.

The highlight of the SKS850 is a knife drawer with cutting board. In its five enclosed compartments, a wide variety of knives can be stored in a practical and space-saving way.

The "Made in Germany" premium all-metal SKS850 slicer has a whisper-quiet 170 W capacitor motor. This ensures effortless cutting of a wide range of cutting materials.

The SKS850 has a removable, blade-friendly cutting board made of fine beech wood, which also serves as a variable work surface with an enlarged collection area for the material to be cut.

The high-quality solid steel blade with hollow grinding in commercial quality effortlessly cuts wafer-thin slices and is protected by the removable stainless steel blade cover plate. This allows for a perfect cutting result every time.

The carriage with stainless steel support enables you to operate the machine comfortably and safely at the same time thanks to the carriage switch with moment and continuous function.
