  • What contact options do I have?

    If you have any questions about your order or any other concerns, please contact us using the contact form or by email. You also have the option of contacting us by telephone.

    Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 12.00 am / 13.00 - 17.00 pm

  • How can I pay?

    The following payment options are currently available in our store: PayPal, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), Klarna, Apple Pay and prepayment.

  • How long does a delivery take?

    The delivery time is one to three working days within Germany and seven to ten working days to all other countries listed. If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. The delivery time may vary for individual items. You will find a corresponding note in our online shop or on the product.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately using the contact options. Please have your customer and/or order number to hand.

  • How do I return my order?

    If you would like to return your goods, first cancel your order within 14 days. As soon as we have received your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email and a return label by email. Please pack the goods carefully and completely. Please print out the return label sent to you, stick it on your package and take it to the nearest post office.

    In the case of forwarded goods, a return will also be made by forwarding agent. Please pack the unit carefully and completely on a one-way pallet. We will arrange collection and agree a collection date with you.

  • When will the article be available again?

    If you would like to be notified as soon as an item is available again, please click on the “Notify me” button on the respective item page. As soon as the item is available again in the online store, you will receive an email from us.

    For some items, you will also find an estimated availability date on the item page. This date is not binding and may be subject to change.
