Ø 170 mm Smooth stainless steel knife

The smooth knife achieves fine results, especially with ham, cold cuts, vegetables or fruit. For example, ham can be sliced thin without damaging the fibers of the meat. In addition, soft bread can also be cut very well with a smooth knife. With the safety closure, the knife is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

ECO POWER MOTION Motor

The intelligent energy-saving motor ECO POWER MOTION has an output of 45 watts. Depending on the hardness of the slicing good the motor can operate with a peak slicing power of up to 170 watts. This also cares for an optimal cutting speed of the blade.

Plastic tray

The practical plastic tray ensures that the material to be cut is neatly collected directly after cutting.

Combi-Attachment - food holder & MiniSlice combined as one

Our food holder and MiniSlice-attachment become one in the Combi-Attachment - for even less food waste, finger-safe fine slicing and razor-thin processing of the smallest foods with even more aroma!

Thanks to its robustness, the premium slicer is also suitable for heavy use. Once you have such a dashing gem in your kitchen, new applications will come to mind all by themselves.

The SKS300 series floats above a breakproof glass base plate. Its energy-saving GRAEF Eco Power Motion motor operates at peak power of up to 170 watts, driving the 170 mm serrated blade as quietly as a whisper. Thanks to the safety lock, the blade discs can be removed safely. All appliances work with a serrated blade as standard (smooth ham blade optionally available or included with TWIN versions). Young chefs are protected by the "Clip" child safety lock.
