Quick-action switch
Quick-action-switch for switching-on the machine and cutting with one hand. The machine is only operating, if you push this button with your thumb.
Childlock by switch-on guard
The machine is equipped with a switch-on guard for child safety. The switch-on-guard-latch under the carriage can be pushed for blocking the carriage switch.
Permanent switch
By using the continuous operation switch you can also cut larger quantities.
Easy knife removal
For cleaning and greasing the machine the blade can easily be removed.

Easy Cleaning
The carriage of the all-purpose slicer can be removed for easy cleaning. The surfaces to be cleaned are therefore freely accessible and can be cleaned quickly with a damp cloth.
Tiltable slicer 30°
Due to the 30°-tilt-function of the slicing machine, cutting items can perfectly be collected on the included stainless steel tray.
Stainless steel blade cover plate
The stainless steel blade cover plate guarantees the best cutting results with this slicer thanks to its low friction.
Combi attachment PRO - Leftover holder & MiniSlice in one
Our remnant holder and MiniSlice attachment become one in the PRO combi attachment - for even less food waste, finger-safe fine slicing and wafer-thin processing of the smallest foods with even more flavor! The additional insert for the combi attachment included in the PRO version pushes the food to be sliced independently against the knife.
