The MASTER M20 slicer brings freshness back into your kitchen: ham, cold cuts or cheese no longer have to be cut and bought pre-packaged, but can be cut fresh from the longer-lasting piece at any time - with exactly the thickness of cut you need at the moment.

The MASTER M20 can also make food preparation easier for demanding amateur chefs: Meat or vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes or mushrooms can be cut to any thickness in no time at all and used for further processing. Wafer-thin slices, for example, for perfect carpaccio, cucumber salad or potato gratin.

The unique combination of whisper-quiet 170 W capacitor motor and the smooth solid steel blade (Ø 17 cm) allows you to effortlessly cut wafer-thin ham, cheese and cold cuts, as well as vegetables or bread - down to the last slice.

The carriage with stainless steel support enables you to operate the machine comfortably and safely at the same time thanks to the carriage switching with momentary and continuous function.

The high-quality solid steel blade in commercial quality is protected by the removable stainless steel blade cover plate and supports the cutting of wafer-thin slices with its hollow grinding - for a perfect cutting result every time.
