Brewing button

With the WK 701 electric kettle, which is equipped with the innovative manual brewing button for filter coffee, you can prepare the optimum coffee brewed by hand. The automatic temperature control with built-in temperature sensor ensures exact temperatures to +/-3 °C - because a water temperature of approx. 90 °C to 96 °C is optimal for the hand brewing process. The illumination of the manual brew button after the boiling process for a period of approx. 5 to 6 minutes also shows you the residual heat in the kettle when the kettle is removed from the base station - because this is precisely the time when the temperature of the water is suitable for brewing coffee.

Japanese green teas only like water at 70 °C.Black tea, on the other hand, likes it hot with boiling water. Flavoured filter coffee tastes best when brewed at approx. 93 °C.The WK702 stainless steel kettle delivers the desired water temperature at the touch of a button.


The WK702 stainless steel kettle from GRAEF with a capacity of 1.5 litres is a reliable companion in your kitchen thanks to its extensive features such as the temperature setting and childproof lock.The double-walled housing made of stainless steel and plastic prevents heat from escaping to the outside, keeping the outside of the kettle relatively cool even after boiling.


With the help of the innovative manual brew button (approx. 93°C) for filter coffee, you can prepare a delicious, hand-brewed coffee.The automatic temperature control ensures exact temperatures thanks to the built-in temperature sensor.


In addition to the manual brew button, the WK702 stainless steel kettle also offers the option of heating the water to 70°C or 80°C and boiling it.This kettle is therefore also ideal for preparing a wide variety of teas.The innovative childproof lock can be activated using a hidden switch on the underside of the kettle.From now on, every temperature selection must be confirmed once again by pressing the boil button.


In addition, the internal fill level marker ensures precise water dosage. The button illumination indicates the residual heat in the kettle even after the boiling process. The lid of the WK702 opens at the touch of a button.
