In addition, soft bread can also be cut very well with a smooth knife. With the safety closure, the knife is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

In 1968, GRAEF launched the EH170T CLASSIC, the first all-metal universal slicer with patented direct drive. With the limited anniversary edition CLASSIC C10 and its exclusive special equipment, GRAEF is now celebrating the invention of the electric all-metal slicer 50 years ago.
