Easy cutting

The UNA was designed as an inclined cutter and, thanks to the 30° inclined working surface, ensures even better cutting results and ergonomic operation.

Stainless steel blade, serrated, Ø 170 mm. Bread varieties of all kinds, harder cheeses, vegetables and cold cuts can be cut easily.

Ø 170 mm Smooth stainless steel knife

The smooth knife achieves fine results, especially with ham, cold cuts, vegetables or fruit. For example, ham can be sliced thin without damaging the fibers of the meat. In addition, soft bread can also be cut very well with a smooth knife. With the safety closure, the knife is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Made entirely of metal with high-quality, hard-anodized aluminum surfaces - the solution for all small kitchens that do not want to do without professional cutting technology.

Due to its extremely slim design, the UNA10 allows for space-saving use as well as storage. Thanks to the stable carriage guide, this slicer from GRAEF promises excellent cutting results.

The inclined position of about 30 degrees is another advantage of the UNA10 - simply slide a tray under the blade, then even heavy and small-caliber food can be caught hygienically.

A high-torque energy-saving motor, as well as the serrated blade, ensure a first-class cut for bread, sausage or vegetables at all times. The blade cover plate and blade are removable for even easier cleaning.

In three simple steps, the UNA10 is quickly assembled and disassembled. In addition, the mobile slicer offers many stowage options, such as storage in the drawer or in the cabinet (using the included set-up device).
